CORPORATE  SETUP

The General Superintendence, Directions and Management of the affairs and business of the Corporation vests with the Board of Directors

Board of Directors as per section 7(1) of the Food Corporation Act shall be :

  • CHAIRMAN
  • MANAGING DIRECTOR
  • MD, CENTRAL WAREHOUSING CORPORATION (EX-OFFICIO)
  • GOVT. REPRESENTATIVES :

THREE DIRECTORS TO REPRESENT RESPECTIVELY THE MINISTRIES OF THE CENTRAL GOVT. DEALING WITH :

(i) FOOD

(ii) FINANCE

(iii) CO-OPERATION; and

SIX OTHER DIRECTORS(out of which four(4) are non-official Directors)
